Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Pintle: CDL Prep app, made by [OWNER LEGAL NAME] ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Pintle is
Pintle is an independent study aid for CDL knowledge tests. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any DMV, state licensing agency or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). It is not Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT). See the Disclaimer.
Subscriptions
- You can take one free General Knowledge test. Other features need a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Content
We write original questions based on public handbooks and federal material, and link each answer to its source. We work to keep them accurate, but rules and handbooks change and mistakes can happen. Always check your state's official CDL handbook. Practice results do not predict your real test result. If you find an error, please email support@pintlecdl.com.
Acceptable use
Use the app for your own study. Do not copy, resell or redistribute its questions or other content.
No warranty and limits of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no guarantee that it is error-free or that you will pass any test, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
